Firstly, I want to thank all of our customers for their patronage over the years. Despite the happiness that running the service has brought over those years, the process to shut down Ion Web Services began on November 20th, 2011.  Notifications were sent out a month previous to that date regarding this shutdown. Everything has a lifecycle, and everything must come to an end. It is simply time to move on.

All prepaid accounts will remain active and available until the end of their prepaid period. Domain name registrations and renewals paid before November 20th were submitted to the registry for the extension.  You will want to transfer your domain name away from our registration services prior to the expiration date.  Notifications will be sent to the administrative contact email address on the domain name as your expiration date comes closer.
